Lastly, the shoebox cannot be used as a return box, but must be enclosed inside a separate return box. Items returned without an Return Authorization (RA) number and without the completed Merchandise Return Form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

To begin a return for a U.S. order, please click here, within 7 days of your order delivery. For international returns, email returns@lagarconne.com and indicate which item (s) you would like to return. If the item (s) are eligible for a return, a prepaid DHL Express label will be provided. Items must be received at the warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, the refund will be processed in approximately 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that your refund will be net of the return shipping cost. Additionally, all items intended for styling/costume use include a 30% restocking fee for all returned items. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Gift Returns: If you have received an item from La Garçonne as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with the return policy) in exchange for a gift card, which will be applied to your La Garçonne account.
